- April 26: Bowl-a-thon fundraiser - kids will have the opportunity to be sponsored and make some money for their mission trip or camp payment.

- May 16-17: Girl’s weekend for all middle school and high school girls. The main focus of the weekend will be purity, more info on this to come!

- June 1: CREW will be hosting a volleyball tournament at Russell Creek Park in Plano; all proceeds will go to the students mission trip and camp payments!

Youth Sand Volleyball Tournament - Come join us in a battle of epic proportions, as one team will go ‘crouching tiger, hidden dragon’ on everyone and stand alone at the top. Proceeds from tournament go to supporting youth students on their Mission Trip to Tijuana, where they will be building houses for the homeless. Can you put together a team that can match up with the ‘Ninja-Like’ church staff team consisting of players like: ‘Sandy Randy’, ‘Scuba Steve,’ ‘Ferocious Fern,’ and ‘Pistol Pete?’ The event will be Sunday, June 1st, from 4pm-8pm. Come join us for food, fun and fellowship as we crown ‘The Corners Volleyball Champions.’ Teams of 4-10 players, 6 players can be on the court at a time. $120 team entry fee that goes strait to sending our Youth on a Mission Trip that will impact the world with Christ’s love and change their lives forever.

Celebration

Filled with music, videos, games, and other surprises, this is a time when we highlight youth ministers and students. From 80’s to Western to Beauty and the Geek, we program Celebration around a daily theme and max it out with tons of energy. This aspect of camp gets better and better each year. You never know what to expect at Celebration!

The Lounge

A few years back, we discussed how to provide students with a way to learn and practice spiritual disciplines in a comfortable environment. The Lounge was born and experienced a great amount of success for the past 2 years. Led by our youth ministers, the Lounge is an optional opportunity for students to grow and deepen their personal worship before evening worship. Disciplines practiced at our 2006 Camps included: Practicing the Presence of God, Sacred Reading, and Examine. Our 2007 Camps featured multiple worship stations ranging from a Prayer Labyrinth to the Stations of the Cross.

Block Party

At the close of each day, campers pack the house for our themed Block Party. We provide the music, entertainment, special guests, and concessions. You dress up and provide the rest. This event has gained momentum since its inception and is a student favorite. During Celebration the next day, we give shout outs to the students with the best outfits, costumes, and spirit.
