Gratitude, humility, and desperation are the building blocks of worship. Here at The Corners, we believe that it is better to have a lead worshiper than a worship leader. We are blessed to have both.

Scott Moody

Worship Pastor

Scott Moody has been a professional musician for over 25 years. He was the Band Director here at The Corners (formerly Metro Family Church) for 7 years. He then served as a Worship Leader for Covenant Church for over 5 years. Scott has recently rejoined the team here at The Corners where he serves as Worship Pastor. He owns and operates a local digital recording studio, Abstract Audio, where he produces and records demos, soundtracks, and complete CDs for all styles of music. Scott has played for numerous recording artists and has traveled across the country sharing his gifts and talents for many years. He recently reached the top of the Southern Gospel Music Charts with his Number One song, “God’s Bigger Than That”. The song was recorded by UIA recording artist, “The Whisnants”. Scott’s vision for our worship program is to create an atmosphere of authentic worship that ministers to everyone. He quotes, “Music is only noise without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. It’s all about the Worship”. Scott is joined in the music ministry by his lovely wife Kristal, and his children Kandis and Kaleb.
